| I don't know nor care who reads this thing anymore, but I needs to tell everybody, I have finally achieved one of my childhood dreams; I have seen the Price is Right live. I didn't get on, but I want more than anything to go back again. If you wish to know anything about what goes down, let me know. | | |
| "The Infinite Struggle."
I'm going to begin to document queries of things that I think about all the time and never bring-up. Hopefully, we can get a good discussion going. From all angles. I unno. The views expressed in this are pretty much mine and are only for the purpose of enlightenment. It’s all out of good spirit; I respect nearly every single person that is not myself. Also, stating that it should be read with an open mind makes us feel like children. I think it was the great Pat Swayze who stated, “Anger is a product of Fear.” Although his character had a questionable background, the message is still good. You, my friend, have been warned.
This is the way things are.
There are 2 kinds of people. Male and Female. Both genders share but one similarity: we need to co-exist. The male and the female have completely different thought processes that neither will understand. The standard female mindset being relatively biased toward safety and appearance, whereas the male tries to keep the female pleased while looking-out for his own well-being. According to the book of stories known as “The Bible,” Adam was created after God’s own image. And of course, Eve was fashioned out of Adam’s rib. The event in which Eve disobeyed God led to both being exiled and sent to Detroit. Or something. In all fairness, whether you agree that this happened or see it as a tool to excuse behavior, since the beginning of time one thing is for sure: Women will be women. And though there seems to be little lesson there for man (merely an example), we will always be men. And if you consider yourself lucky enough to be hetero, then you have to accept the fact that we will never get along fully with women. Ever. Ever. Ever. We all need to accept that we don’t understand shit about the other side. Or anything, for that matter. Realizing that is the only way you will get along.
You may not agree with me. And I understand.
Future topics: Sexuality, Religion, Weed, High School, Sex, Country Music, Jerks, and anything else I can muster. Thank you.
| Its insane, if you think about shit. Nobody does. We are all surounded by a plethora of endless invention. And so many people take everything for granted. People rack their brains out trying to find-out what the meaning of life is. When we need only know why we're asking the question. If you understood that last sentence, then maybe you're okay. People don't realize that kicking back and letting it flow is the key to life. No matter what religion you back, one thing is for sure: the earth is here and now. I have experienced so much in the past 6 months, it'll make your head spin. If there's one thing I've learned its that people don't realize how fucking good they have it. I'm hastled every single day by people that have been rejected by society. Hell, I've met the director of "Brother from Another Planet." How? He asked me for a cigarette and talked my ear off for 20 minutes because the answer was no. He mumbled to me a lot of things that were difficult to understand, but I pretty much got the overall message. This man, like the hundreds, nay, billions of other people out there who don't even know if they'll have a next meal. The message is that people need to learn how to appreciate all the beautiful things around them. Allowing all of the negative things there are (and shit, are there plenty) to get you down slowly turns you into an asshole. And being an asshole is not cool. That's something else that people need to realize. The point of this message is this: People need to realize that the key to life is LIVING. Whether you believe man did develop over the process of time from a single-celled organism into the forms that we are today, or two people appeared in a garden and doomed us all because a female chose to disobey orders from God just to eat fruit she's not supposed to, we all need to agree that we're gonna (hopefully) be here a while and accept that. Nobody knows more than anyone. And if you're thinking about Scientology....don't. L. Ron Hubbard was quoted as saying if you want to make money, create a religion. So there. Every single religion there is negates the next one in some way, so who the fuck can possibly be right? Furthermore, WHO GIVES A SHIT???!!!!!! We're here! Most of us believe in a collection of passed-down stories where the laws of nature and chance are much different than in the future. I'm not knocking on religion (although I, myself, am finding it more and more ridiculous daily); I'm saying just appreciate shit. Please.
P.S. Al Gore's power bill (which has SO much to do with Global Warming, I might add) is NOT more important than the fact that Bush recently-sanctioned free trade with North Korea. People are so stupid most of the time.
| The person you are today is a manifestation of every single experience you've ever had in life. Right? That said, I would go as far to say that I'm a damn nice guy for some of the things I put up with. But anybody can have enough.
For long and fragmented periods of time in my life, people got me so fed-up with PEOPLE, that I can't do anything but want to hit them. Why do we have to do that? To a guy like me. To anybody, for that matter. Why do some find it necessary to make things fucked-up for other people? The irony is, I know how to fight. Very well. It will never come to that.....but why is it even necessary for me to think about it? What the FUCK is wrong with everything just being cool? You may say its not possible, but I remember a time when I never had to be a bastard. But sometimes, children just never grow-up. Why do people need to be assholes?? Here's the story: For our midterm cycle, we needed to choose a scene from a movie with Academy Award-Winning writing. Only stipulation. So naturally, I choose "Boogie Nights." The scene with Philip Baker Hall and Burt Reynolds talking about taking the porn from film to video tape. Damn good scene with AMAZING lighting. And they say "Fuck" a total of two times. Well, some British asshole who apparently is pretty high at this school said that it could not happen. Why? Besides another European bitch undermining the assurance of my producer, I have no clue. So, I change my scene from "Boogie Nights" to "Fargo." That's that. I'm pissed, but I press forward with little complaint like the sucker that I am.
Last week, I get the word that a student from the class coming-up was okayed for one of the scenes from "Boogie Nights."
Sorry, I needed to blow off some steam after writing that sentence. I was pissed. I am pissed. And I will forever BE pissed. I could've kicked his Cockneyed ass back to Willimingtonmanshire, or wherever he's fucking from. But did I? No. Did I raise my voice? No. Do I have a case on my hands to get him in deep shit? Several, actually. But this is my message to you. People do shitty things to each other all the time. And I don't know why. But just know that EVERYthing comes full circle. And while your repayment may not come in the form of a car crash or a baseball bat, it will come as something long and painful that will make you re-evaluate your life. I'm uncertain about Heaven, but Karma is absolutely real. So this is my plea. Stop treating me, and hell, everybody else, like ecscrement.
